While at Nanette Lepore, I focused on embroidery and bead layout designs for both the woven and knitwear divisions, managing projects from concept to final production. My responsibilities included creating layout sketches, developing pitch sheets, selecting colorways, and sourcing trims and materials from local markets as required. I collaborated closely with patternmakers to drape garment concepts and worked together on pattern layouts for embroidery placements. Additionally, I designed and hand-beaded several samples for both runway and ready-to-wear collections. I also provided support across all stages of preparation for the Spring/Summer 2009 and Fall/Winter 2009 fashion shows.
